Facilitator, Conversation Designer, and Agile HR in Italy

I'm a facilitator, conversation designer and agile advocate.

I support teams and organizations to accelerate their decision making process and to increase alignment and mutual understanding.

Using a creative but pragmatic approach, I facilitate workshops, kick-offs and off-sites through effective conversation, visual thinking, art and cooperative games.

Through Agile HR I collaborate with multiple HR teams to improve the way they respond to change and to adapt HR processes to foster adaptability, collaboration and transparency.
